To start cultivating relationships one can’t stay sitting and waiting for them to happen. One has to go out of his way to attend those places where his potential ideal customers are.

But, where are such places?

Here the first six of eleven smart places where to find your readers/customers:

1) Search and join Facebook groups
that are about the topic that you are an expert in, and related ones.

2) Search Google for lists of influencers
and experts in your area: Ex.: "design influencers" "curation experts"

3) Do a search on Twitter for your topic
and then on top of the results click on People. Example.

4) Search Google for communities:
"marketing communities" "real-estate communities"

5) Search Google for events:
"design events 2022" "pharmaceutical conferences 2022"

6) Search Listen Notes to discover podcasts
that talk about your topic(s)Use Reddit search to identify topical communities (subreddits)
